System Trainer

Location: Charleston, SC

REQ# Forge_25_025: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Navy C4I systems training. Will develop, update, and deliver system-specific training curriculum, including lesson plans, student guides, laboratory exercises, and assessments. Will ensure training content meets Navy Education and Training Command (NETC) and NAVEDTRA requirements, including SCORM-compliant eLearning and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). Will conduct classroom, laboratory, and ship/shore-based training sessions for initial, sustainment, and refresher training requirements. Will operate and configure system training environments to provide realistic, scenario-based instruction. Will assess student progress, provide remediation, and document training results in accordance with Navy training standards. Will collaborate with engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity teams to keep training materials aligned with current system baselines, security updates, and RMF requirements. Will provide fleet feedback to system program leadership on training effectiveness, courseware usability, and delivery methods. May travel to Navy fleet concentration areas, training centers, and shipyards to conduct on-site training and fleet familiarization. Candidate will have privileged access and must meet Cybersecurity Workforce Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II requirements at a minimum. Candidate must be a US citizen and an active SECRET clearance with a current SSBI/T5 investigation. TS/SCI desired.
