REQ # Forge_25_024: Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) support or program management support of C4I systems and experience with Agile practices and methodologies. Act as Scrum Master/Team Coach for agile teams with interdisciplinary skillsets. The candidate will support 1-2 Agile teams operating under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) construct and be responsible for hosting Agile Scrum ceremonies. They will leverage the Atlassian tool suite to track and manage work, remove obstacles to the team’s successful performance, and provide overall guidance and recommendations on SAFe best practices. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required. Must be US Citizen and have SECRET clearance at minimum.
Scrum Master Certification or ability to earn certification within 3 months, required.
