REQ # Forge_025_034: Requirements: Five (5) to 7 years of experience working in IT Program Management, Webmaster and Help Desk Support. Provide information technology (IT) development and maintenance support to NOSSA as required, as it pertains to Naval explosives safety, ordnance transportation, and ordnance environmental business processes, performance metrics, and analytical support services. Provide technical support to customers for client-level hardware and software. Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for system users according to organizational needs. Perform asset management and inventory of IT resources. Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment on the NOSSA website. Ensure compliance with established or approved organizational process components, such as the Master Incident Management Plan. Hybrid position requires several days per week at client site in Indian Head, MD. High school diploma required, Bachelors preferred. Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
